Motion 5 developers have announced a fresh animated effect entitled inMotion3D Shatter from Pixel Film Studios.

Control the shatter from a footage inside Motion 5 watching as 3D fragments and shards fly from the camera. inMotion3D Shatter’s animation is automatic and customizable, so users simply have to drag, drop generators into the timeline, apply their media to the Drop Zone, and watch as it shatters.
Use the controls inside the inspector window to fully customize the Motion shatter template. Users can change the number, weight, gravity, thickness and impact from the shatter effect to create endless cool looks.
Users will add photos, videos or color solids on their shatter effect. Simply drag the media into the timeline and then apply it to the generator. As soon as the media is inside the generator, users can uncheck the visibility box with the original media layer.
Created for Motion 5, users can just drag and drop the generator to the timeline, and then adjust the appearance. With the 3D camera and sources available in Motion 5, users can make more looks than in the past.
